Bread Yet Again

Another Bread Making Day

This time we added more salt and more sugar than indicated.

We did not get a better rise though
Time for a new recipe just to try to get a REGULAR sized bread


These did make great hot dog buns


Here's the bread, it's delicious.

Cherry Cheesecake - SUEPER Success

Guess the heat is too high.

Good thing we HALVED the recipe!

Bread Making Journey Continues

Mixed up dough as directed.


1 hour later, it rised like this.

Punch it down.


Removed from bowl and Cut in 1/2


Pace in bread pans ready to rise again.


Again after one hour.


Here they are all cooekd.


Sliced up and ready to serve.


Ready to eat along side a main dish.

I know, I know, too many posts of the same thing!
Well, this is sorta documentation for myself too. so I know what I am doing and what may need to be changed next time.

Next time will add a bit more sugar.
