Appetizer or a Meal - Tortilla Chips - Ground Beef - Shredded Cheese

Now Baked and Ready


Ready to eat.

We dish it out on the plate.
I like to take the Salsa/Sour Cream mix and spoon some on the chip and pop it in my mouth.

Bread Making Attempt - Again - Three different ways this time.

Cinnabon - Cinnamon Rolls - Take II

Couldn't wait to make these again.

Flour, eggs/butter/sugar/salt, yeast/milk --> more ready

Leftovers! Hot Turkey Sandwich

Hot Turkey Sandwich!

Got some home-made bread going on.
Leftover Turkey in bag from freezer.
Used Beef Broth and Bistro to make the gravy.


Bread/Bun cut in half and buttered


Turkey and gravy is ready


Ready to eat!
This is canned corned heated up in the microwave
Also had some cranberry sauce left from thanksgiving dinner we added on the side.

Tried making bread!

It was ok for bread, but wasn't the bread I was looking for.

Why can't my bread rise properly? Guess I will be doing some research.. YouTube and Google.

It turned out way too dense for my liking, although it was ok, just not what I was looking for.

Roll it into a string type thing.
